Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, and excellent location. The hotel is high in the building so you get great views of the park and the city from the rooms, the lobby, and the restaurant/bar areas. I look forward to going back!

We love this hotel, always with high standards. The bar Carlotta is one of our favorite places in Mexico city. The views from this place, the sushi from Ling Ling is amazing. We always come back.

Our stay at the Ritz Mexico City was unforgettable. We loved our spacious room with a patio view overlooking the Museum of Anthropology and the National Museum of History on the 42nd floor. Having an English speaking concierge was helpful for recommendations for restaurants. We loved the margaritas at Samos, as well as the burger and fries. The cheesecake was good too. We loved the endless water supplied to our room. However, we would have loved macarons every night rather than just the first night. Service was impeccable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the spa and the sauna and steam room were actually hot! The pool is also like a warm bath, so that was enjoyable as well as we went in February when the weather wasn’t super warm. The only thing I did not enjoy was the restaurant on floor 38. I found a lot better food out and about in town, so I would definitely recommend going and exploring around town for food. I enjoyed the cocktails on floor 38 though. They also did the special welcome drink at 6 PM, but you definitely need to be in your seats in the restaurant at that time. We came in at 6:04, and were told we could not have the cocktail that comes out at 6 PM. All that to say that we still really enjoyed ourselves and everything was great overall. There was leftover food in my refrigerator when I arrived, that smelled kind of bad, but it wasn’t a big deal. I just threw it away and didn’t mention it to the staff. The view from our room was also impeccable, and my cousin stayed in the bridal suite, which was beautiful. I def recommend this hotel. The gym amenities were sufficient too!

After a flight cancellation and multiple trip changes, The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism immediately put us at ease, turning what could have been a very stressful day into a relaxing one. They made our youngest feel incredibly special with thoughtful gifts, which meant more to us than they probably realize. The food was outstanding, and the staff’s presentation and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. A true five-star experience in every aspect. Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton Mexico City team—we can’t wait to return.
